The Australian Banking Association - Financial Support Hub is an online resource where you can find a lot of information on what to do if you’re experiencing financial stress and how to seek help.
Contact your bank.
You may feel scared to call, but your bank or lender will have a Hardship Policy in place to support Customers experiencing hardship. They will work with you to restructure or defer your loan repayments.
